     I have lived in the Norman area my entire life and plan to raise my family here as well.  What can I say?  Its just a great place to live!  Norman has a great sense of community, yet has the conveniences of a larger city.  With the help of a diverse cultural mix and the University of Oklahoma, there is something here for everybody!

      From a real estate standpoint, property values steadily increase in most areas and real estate remains a good investment in Norman.  Sure, some areas do better than others and there are times that are better to buy and times that are better to sell.  As a whole, however, Norman is a strong market and a great place to own property.

 Knowledge is Power

      Most people buy and/or sell real estate every 5-7 years.  I assist my clients with their real estate purchases and help them sell their homes EVERYDAY.  Real Estate is my full-time job. 

      The major benefit to working with a REALTORŪ is having someone working for you who has the knowledge necessary to assist you in achieving your goals:  the sale or purchase of real estate by the terms that are most important to you.  When you buy or sell real estate without the assistance of a professional REALTORŪ, you are taking a huge risk.

       The real estate marketplace is changing.  I am committed to taking advantage of every possible educational opportunity available to me when I am able so that I will always stay on top of the trends.  I have earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and am certified e-PRO, a leader in online real estate.  This is valuable to me in my business, and valuable to my clients in their transactions. 

Technology has Changed the Industry

       I am still happy to "snail-mail" reports and information on listings if that is the preference of my client.  If my client prefers a face-to-face meeting or a phone call over an email, then that is how we will communicate.  However, I am comfortable with and capable of communicating by email, text message, instant message or telephone - whichever is the preferred method of my client.  I strive to remain accessible to my clients and return messages and emails promptly (usually within 2 hours). 

       I am continually improving my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to keep better client records, maintain better contact and extend the range of services I provide.  While I am no "techie", I am committed to keeping abreast of the latest technological advances in the real estate industry and using them to benefit my clients.
